About
Fabian is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He also earned his Bachelor of Science in both Management and Finance from Villanova University. Over the past 15 years, Fabian enjoyed a successful and fulfilling leadership and management career in the Sports & Entertainment industry.
Investment in his own personal growth and development helped Fabian build his resilience and perseverance through the loss of his younger brother, mother, and father throughout his life. Each of these losses influenced and shaped his unique perspective on life. After consciously deciding to leave his last corporate role as Vice President of Ticket Operations at the Prudential Center and the New Jersey Devils, Fabian embarked on an epic 3-month travel exploration throughout Europe with his wife and then 2-year-old daughter. It was during this journey that Fabian found clarity and connection to his life priorities and to his intention for meaningful contribution to society.
Fabian founded The Kinetic Project with the desire to accelerate personal growth in all individuals. The mission is to help individuals realize their potential and shift into action. The vision for The Kinetic Project is rooted in career and personal life experiences and aligned with a deeper life purpose. The platform is currently focused on serving new managers in the corporate world as well as individuals who have experienced the loss of loved ones.
One of Fabian’s core beliefs is that all humans are born with infinite potential and that we all have the ability to achieve our dreams. Even though we are all unique and experience different external factors which influence our perceived abilities, we still share the one common and powerful gift of choice. The type of energy we place behind our decisions determines how we activate our potential and shift into action.
The Kinetic Project has a mission to infuse humanity into corporate management. We help new managers transition from individual contributor to motivator and supporter of others. Kinetic Managers step into their new role with increased emotional intelligence, confidence, and authenticity. We offer 1-1 professional coaching and corporate training for larger groups.
The Kinetic Project also offers 1-1 transition coaching for individuals adjusting after the loss of their loved one. Our coaching supports clients as they process this profound shift of energy and our clients define their new path forward with clarity and a powerful feeling of connection.
